The Archive Table

The Archive Table provided a robust insight into the evolving ideas and experiences of the cohort towards the realisation of their final projects.

On the table, visitors could find a collection of photographs, books, thoughts, words, objects and ingredients that traced the participants’ explorations throughout various workshops and kitchen sessions.

As a pastiche of offerings, the archive served as a repository of personal anecdotes and thought processes which invoked the participants' techniques with sketches and mindscapes that shaped their creative and culinary journeys.

From the collective efforts of the cohort around the communal cooking station to a myriad of concentrated and focused writing exercises, the archive displayed the intimate and experimental conversations and ruminations that ultimately defined the programme.
